Development of a new neighbourhood on the edge of the ‘La Gravière Brock’ nature park.
In the middle of an area of green spaces, paths and squares, 26 houses and 8 apartment buildings will be built that invite people to live together.
Within this new district, a real 'biotope' will be created, whose resources and life have been studied in great detail. There will be no standardisation between flats and houses, and each resident will be able to find what he or she wants.
The green spaces have been designed to minimise the need for maintenance and the entire site has been conceived without displacing soil. The water features are an invitation to relax, but also a source of energy. A commercial activity zone promotes social links for the neighbourhood, but also with the rest of the municipality.
Delivery of the first phase is planned for winter 2024.
