Perspective Groupe investment fund
Spread over 3 buildings, this new development offers spacious 2- and 3-bedroom flats, 15 outdoor parking spaces, 22 garages, 15 cellars and a bicycle shed. The facades, the rectangular volumes with integrated balconies, the 2 levels under the cornice and the gable roofs are reminiscent of the old Condruzian house style. The 3 proposed volumes are built around a shared, safe outdoor space for the children and reinforce the balance with the existing buildings.
The materials used for this project are sober and homogeneous, predominantly grey. They match those of the neighbouring buildings. The rubble on the façades is reminiscent of the stone from the many quarries in the region. The walls providing privacy for the gardens and part of the ground floor facades are clad in vertical timber cladding to reinforce the vertical dominance of the main facades and blend in with the vegetation of the project.
Both inside and out, everything has been thought through and designed to offer a refined, warm and comfortable lifestyle. All flats have large, light-filled living areas, fitted kitchens and luxury bathrooms. The south-west-facing terraces, rubble stone walls and noble materials give this development a unique cachet.
Through the finishes and local expertise, we also want to emphasise sustainability. Each flat is equipped with underfloor heating, a dual-flow ventilation system, double-glazed aluminium windows and reinforced thermal and acoustic insulation to meet energy and environmental challenges.
